Billing questions
Before you subscribe
- What counts as a product analysis?
- Opening a product detail page and running its full analysis consumes one analysis from your monthly allowance. Browsing discovery, trending boards and your watchlist does not.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply from your next billing period. You can manage everything from the billing section of your dashboard through the Stripe customer portal.
- What happens when I reach a plan limit?
- ShopScout tells you which limit you reached and what the plan includes. Limits are enforced on the server, so nothing is silently consumed in the background.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Refund handling is described in full in the refund policy. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.
- Is the data real?
- The bundled dataset that ships with ShopScout is clearly labeled demonstration data. Connecting a licensed production data provider is a configuration step, documented in the product documentation.
